You will get refund if the plugin/themes that you have purchased is not Working only before 24 hours of your purchased ( It doesn’t mean, if you not getting your expected result after using it, refund will be given only if plugin have any technical or installation error ). But if the same plugin found is found to be working for others then you will not get refund.

You get a Refund in case the Special Product not working at the time of purchase.
